Refund Policy

Theonia offers a full refund on any products returned within 60 days. If you would like to return any products you purchased, simply reach out to use at support@theonia.com and we'll issue you a returns number.

All you must do to qualify for you refund is to simply send back the remaining bottles, and we shall refund the order in full.

Please DO NOT ship your products back to us without first obtaining the correct returns address and a returns number, otherwise we may not be able to refund you in full. The products need to be shipped back to our fulfillment warehouse which is NOT the address written on the bottle labels.

You may only take advantage of our moneyback guarantee once per product/SKU. We have the most generous moneyback guarantee in the industry, however we can not allow customers to purchase the same product at several different times per year, and then claim their full money back on it.

From the time we process your refund, some banks can take up to 5 days to show the charge returned on your credit card statement.
